To say that Panini has been a disaster this year is an understatement. From pushed-back dates (see Prizm Draft Picks) to not putting limits on quantities ordered on their website (see Prizm Hobby), they have been nearly unreliable for a lot of us. Whether you are an LCS or just a customer, we have all suffered in some way.
Recently, our deliveries of 2024 Prizm Mega Boxes have gone out to our customers with some confusion, and rightfully so. Those of you who ordered both Blasters and Megas had a head-scratching moment.
Blasters have been out on the market for a little over three weeks, while Mega Boxes were released about ten days ago. Our customers were surprised when they received their Mega Boxes BEFORE their Blasters had arrived. Oh, Panini.
For some unknown reason, we received our Mega Boxes five days before retailers like Walmart and Target did, and this NEVER happens. A week after we received our shipment of Mega Boxes, only then did we receive our Blasters.
For those of you who did order both, fear not, we haven't forgotten about you. Your Mega Boxes have shipped (you probably received them already) and your Blasters will ship out within a few days.
Once again, we apologize for the near incompetence of Panini. Next year, they lose their license and hopefully, things will change.
