WHAT'S THE FASTEST YOU CAN SHIP?

We're proud of our super speedy shipping! Even during the busy holiday season, we ship orders within 1-2 days. 

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR CARDS OR COMICS?

All of our raw cards are sent with a penny sleeve inside of a top loader.  All cards are then sent inside of a bubble mailer.  Graded cards are put inside a plastic sleeve and then mailed in a bubble mailer.  Our comics are all bagged and boarded, placed between cardboard, and sent inside a mailer. Any hobby/blaster/hanger boxes are placed inside a larger box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and mailed. We take pride in that your items are well protected.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

We only accept returns on NEW items  Due to the fluctuating market, it is impossible to do so at our company size. We list everything as New or Pre-owned, just be aware of what you are buying. For more information, please visit our Refund Policy 

 

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?  HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE ARRIVING?

Once you place your order, you may see a shipping label "printed" on your end.  This does not necessarily mean the item has shipped. Every item lists when the "estimated release date" is.  We have no control over this, as distributors can sometimes change the date or month.  We will notify you when the item(s) has been received on our end and that they are ready to be shipped.  If at any time you have any questions about the order, feel free to reach out to us at info@hognationsales.com. Please supply us with the order number so that we can efficiently answer any questions you might have.  Pre-orders can not be canceled at any time.

 

HOW DO I KNOW THE PURSES AND BAGS YOU SELL ARE REAL AND NOT KNOCK-OFFS?

We take pride in knowing what we are selling.  Often the purses we sell come with their own Certificate of Authenticity from the designer.  We don't claim to be perfect, but we try our hardest to sell only authentic items.

 

HOW DO YOU GRADE YOUR CARDS OR COMICS? 

We are not experts, nor are we a grading company.  We do our best to list the items the best we can.  Cards are typically graded by professionals, such as PSA, SGC, CGC, etc.  We try not to buy/sell any items from self-grading individuals, but sometimes it happens.  We get a lot of our inventory from large auction sites and cards get purchased. Again, we list every item exactly as it is and will never attempt to scam our customers. 

 

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY?

No, sorry. The best we can do is we can sometimes ship same day (via FedEx or UPS) for local delivery next day. 

 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We live and work in Marianna, Arkansas. We do not have a retail storefront; our collections are only available online. We do not accept local pick-ups for items purchased.

CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS AND SHIP TO SEPARATE ADDRESSES WITHIN THE SAME ORDER OR DO I NEED TO DO SEPARATE ORDERS?

No.  You will have to place an individual order for each address you want the items shipped to.  We do not have a shipping department, we handle it ourselves.  We thrive on simplicity, we hope you understand.

 

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

We ship out new orders within 1-2 business days, and we send all packages via USPS Ground Advantage, unless you choose another method such as UPS or FedEx. We ship our books and comics via media mail to save money, so they'll reach their final destination 2-8 days from their ship date.  All tracking numbers will be provided to you as soon as the order is processed.  Once the package has been shipped, we are no longer in control of the package.  We can not control the speed of the USPS, weather delays, shipping delays on their end, etc.  You are free to reach out to us at hognationsales@gmail.com if you have any concerns.


MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET! WHAT CAN I DO?

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We guarantee that we will mail your items to the address you provide to us within 1-2 business days. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer in control of it. We can not edit addresses via USPS/UPS/FedEx once the package is in transit. Occasionally, these services experience delays due to weather or high volumes around major holidays.  We are not responsible for these delays.  Feel free to contact us at hognationsales@gmail.com if you do have any concerns.


WHAT HAPPENS TO RETURNED PACKAGES? 

If the address provided to us is invalid or inaccurate, USPS will return the package to us. We make every effort to validate all addresses we mail to, however the customer bears the responsibility of providing a correct shipping address. Packages typically take anywhere from one week to one month or more to be returned to us, if this occurs. We will try to contact you via the information you have provided to get the package resent. 

 

CAN I MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS?

No.  Once an order is placed, you are responsible for payment for that order.  


HOW DO YOU INSPECT THE CLOTHING YOU SELL?

Everything we purchase, whether it is new or pre-owned is carefully inspected for rips, tears, stains.  We do not practice in selling damaged goods.  Every listing will provide the information whether the clothing is new with tags, new without tags or pre-owned.  We only sell clothing we would allow our own family to wear.  

 

HOW DO YOU INSPECT THE BOOKS YOU SELL?

Every listing provides the information whether it is new or pre-owned.  Occasionally, the dust cover on the hardcover books may be slightly damaged.  If this is the case, we try to mention it in the listing.  All books are complete and intact, unless specified otherwise.  Some of the books from decades ago have spine damage, but again, we try to mention it in the listing or provide a picture.

I WANT TO PURCHASE A CARD OR COMIC, BUT I WOULD LIKE MORE PHOTOS.

As someone who has been in and out of the hobby for 40 years, I can completely understand this request.  Just use the Contact Us page or send an email to hognationsales@gmail.com with the name of the auction and what type of photos you would like (spine wear, corners, back side, etc.).  We will respond within 24 hours with your request.  After all, a happy customer is a returning customer.
