Some of our customers have experienced an inventory issue. Our app that logs all of our inventory and maintains it within all of our sales platforms had an issue with a recent update. The app was duplicating the inventory items and/or quantities showing that we had items that we were completely sold out of. In these instances, customers were immediately refunded and notified of the lack of inventory.
We believe that we have reconciled our current inventory and should be showing the correct quantities. Our apologies.
