Our Music & Media section is sprinkled with everything, from Wizard of Oz on Vinyl, Wireless Bluetooth Turntables, DVDs, CDs, and other odds and ends. Our plans are to bring in a lot more vinyl, computer-based electronics like LED RAM, Speakers, Earbuds, and other music and media-based goodies that we know you love.
Now, let's talk vinyl records, shall we? What's old is new and that best describes the desire for the old 33 RPM vinyl records of the past. As a Generation X guy, I grew up with a hefty collection of vinyl records. At HNS, we saw a need by many to find the Vinyl Records they loved, but at a fair price. With places of days gone by, like Tower Records, Mainstream Records, or your local mall record store no longer existing. The Big Box stores have become the convenience stores for everyone's vinyl record purchases.
So the hunt has begun to find those records you wanted, but at the affordable prices you need. With vinyl coming in multiple colors or special edition box sets, the challenge is there, but we will do what we do best; get you that deal.
Recently, our customers have gone on a Billy Joel rampage. He's so hot at our store, that we can't seem to get you the vinyl quickly enough. "Piano Man" and "The Stranger" are flying off the shelves. We've added "1999" by Prince, "Rhythm Nation 1814" by Janet Jackson, and the self-titled 1975 Fleetwood Mac album with such big hits as "Rhiannon", "Over My Head", and "Landslide". We haven't forgotten our rock fans as we have added the "St. Anger, Some Kind of Orange" Double LP by Metallica and the always hard-to-find, "Destroyer" by KISS.
As we get closer to finishing entering the backlog of inventory, we get to spend more and more time finding the things you love. We will continue to add great vinyl, amongst other things, to our vast inventory. As always, your opinion means everything to us.
